A controlled hydraulic motorized conveyor drum contains a drive made in the form of separate hydraulic engines located inside the housing of drum installed on an axle, inside which are made axial channels for supply and discharge of working fluid, a transmission gear with a drive, intermediate and crown gears, a supporting element and a control unit. It additionally includes the second transmission gear, in which the driven gear by internal surface of central opening is freely set with a clearance on external surface of cylindrical part of left half-coupling, which is installed by its internal surface through keying on the shaft of the second hydraulic engine with possibility of axial displacement. In this case inside the left half-coupling a boring is made, in which a spring is located, which by left end through the washer interacts with right end of the cap, which is installed in the central opening of this half-coupling, and by right end the spring through the washer is connected to the check ring, which is fastened in the boring from the side of the shaft of the second hydraulic engine. The left surface of the hub of drive gear is rigidly fastened with butt end of right half-coupling, which together with left half-coupling forms a friction coupling, at the same time, cap by its spherical surface contacts with the end spherical area of plunger, which is installed in the larger diameter of the central stepped hole made in the body of the axle from the right side, and the cavity, which is formed by the surface of smaller diameter of this opening, through the radial channel is connected to the delivery pipe of the second hydraulic engine. |
