摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The sheath (10) has longitudinal edges (11, 12), and a longitudinally slit and self-closable elongated structure of interlaced woven fibers e.g. Meryl skinlife(RTM: bacteriostatic fiber) that have white color with a luminosity that is higher than 60 percentage of maximum luminosity, where the fibers are made of polyester. The structure has polyester monofilaments or multifilaments that are impregnated with a germistatic or germ-killing solution. The multifilaments have 5 percentage of threads that are constituted of germistatic or germ-killing materials e.g. silver and copper. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Tubular sheath for protecting a bundle of electrical power supply cables or extracorporeal fluid e.g. blood and biological liquid, circulating tubes that connect a medical apparatus to a patient, against exterior stress such as usury and cut, by covering and collecting the cables or tubes, for monitoring a vital parameter, in a medicalized environment (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to respirator, vascular approach equipment, monitoring equipment, therapeutic or diagnostic servo-module and extracorporeal fluid circulating device in operating block, anaesthetizing room, delivery room, control center, intensive care and ambulance. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The longitudinally slit and self-closable elongated structure permits to easily assemble and replace the sheath on the cables/tubes and to change the sheath, without disassembling the cables/tubes. The configuration of the sheath permits to collect different cables/tubes in the same sheath, thus displacing the cables, in a safe manner, and reducing a surface of the cables to be exposed to soil. The white color of the fibers permits to rapidly display any task due to organic substances or medical products, thus rapidly and easily identifying potential focus of germs and bacteria and replacing the sheath when the sheath is soiled, and hence mechanically protecting the cables/tubes against exterior stress, in an efficient manner.
