摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The method involves stimulating a gaseous effluent processing unit i.e. catalytic converter (25), by injecting a fuel using a fuel injector (29). Raising of an output temperature of the converter is monitored. An output temperature of an internal converter model that is not provided with catalytic activity, is calculated. The calculated temperature is compared with a value measured from the output temperature of the converter. Test criteria are developed based on the comparison.
