The device has a plastic or ceramic chip with a circular edge against which a lower part of a metallic cap is stopped to assure centering of the chip and the cap during assembly of an adapter (1). A lampholder body has a mark (20) for allowing good orientation of the adapter. Fixation rails are terminated by a stop in which a fixation blade of metallic plates is inserted, where the plates have high elastic coefficient. A clamping screw acts as a plug for the adapter. Engagement elements (29a, 29b) are inserted in the adapter when a case (23) and an optical part (22) are assembled together.
