PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by reducing a processing process of an idle shaft, and to increase efficiency in idle shaft installing work. SOLUTION: A shaft hole 102 for inserting the idle shaft 89 is arranged in a bearing part 99 of a gear cover 24. A female screw part 103 is formed in the innermost part of the shaft hole 102. A male screw part 104 extending in the axial direction is formed in an end part on the bearing part 99 side of the idle shaft 89. The idle shaft 89 is inserted into the gear cover 24 from the shaft hole 101 side, and is inserted into the shaft hole 102. The male screw part 104 of the idle shaft 89 is screwed in the female screw part 103 of the innermost part of the shaft hole 102. The idle shaft 89 is fixed to the gear cover 24 by screwing and fixing the male screw part 104 in and to the female screw part 103. The fastening direction for screwing the male screw part 104 to the female screw part 103, and the rotational direction of the idle shaft 89, are set in the same direction, and the idle shaft always receives force in the increasingly fastening direction.
