The device has base sockets (2) arranged in a circle with a diameter of specific meters of a circular base plate. A rail ring (3) is anchored horizontally for retaining a pivot mounting. Three drive bearings (6) are spaced apart from each other and guided from the rail ring. A rigid supporting structure (1) includes a fastening element at a front side for reflector units (9), and three pivot points (11a, 11b) at the rear side for the pivot mounting, where mutual distance of the pivot points is about 15 percentages of a supporting structure diagonal.
