摘要 |
A ratiometric fluorescent chemosensor for selective detection of Hg(II) ions is provided to enable detection of Hg(II) ions in a micromolar scale, while not being adversely affected by other metals, low concentration and an excessive amount of water. A fluorescent chemosensor represented by the following formula 1 performs selective detection of Hg(II) ions and has a ratiometric behavior represented by the following reaction scheme. In formula 1 and the reaction scheme, R is the formula (a); and n is an integer of 0 or 1. The ratiometric fluorescent chemosensor for selective detection of Hg(II) ions realizes on-off type fluorescence in the presence of a mixture of methanol and water mixed in a volumetric ratio of 1:1-2. |
