<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve device capable of being assembled in an intake passage with easy work. <P>SOLUTION: The throttle valve device 50 to be mounted on an intake manifold 40 of an engine 10 comprises a cylindrical flow-out side connection part 60 formed of a resin material and having a connection hole 59 inside in which the intake manifold 40 is inserted and mounted. The flow-out side connection part 60 consists of a protruded portion 62 protruded inward from the inner peripheral face of the connection hole 59, a band groove portion 61 formed in the outer peripheral face of the flow-out side connection part 60 to encircle the protruded portion 62, and a plurality of slit grooves 63 cut off extending from the front end of the flow-out side connection part 60 across the protruded portion 62 in the cylindrical-axis direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
