PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clocking device capable of measuring a short time interval. SOLUTION: This clocking device is provided with a counter for updating a count value at the prescribed time interval, a capture circuit for taking the count value of the counter in, in response to an input signal, a storage circuit for storing the count value taken into the capture circuit, in response to a storage indication signal, and an indication signal generating circuit for generating the storage indication signal, in response to the input signal.
