PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet with smooth tactual sense. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has a surface protective layer 7 on its outermost surface and the surface protective layer contains 10-50 pts.wt. of resin beads 8 with an average particle below 10μm and is formed of an electron beam curable resin. A pattern layer 3, a transparent adhesive layer 4, a transparent resin layer 5, a primer layer 6 and the surface protective layer are successively provided on a base material sheet 1 and the primer layer is formed by crosslinking a resin and at least one of the surface productive layer and the primer layer contains silica as a matte agent.
