摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell having high output controllability. <P>SOLUTION: A valve 35 of a fuel interception section 33 has a valve chamber 351 with a spout MIN, a flow passage separation movable chamber 352 connected with the valve chamber 351 and sealing an opening by a flexible film FLM, a projected section 353 arranged between the valve chamber 351 and flow passage separation movable chamber 352 and having a discharge port MOUT, and a rod LOD1 arranged along the valve chamber 351 and the flow passage separation movable chamber 352. The rod LOD1 is brought into contact with the flexible film FLM at its one end, and has a columnar section A retained on the projected section 353 and a valve head B projecting from the columnar section A in the valve chamber 351, a first elastic body RNG arranged between the valve head B and the projected section 353, and a second elastic body SPR arranged between the valve head B and an end of the valve chamber 351.
