<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To light a task luminaire automatically with a worker detected accurately by providing the task luminaire which switches on according to the detected output of a human sensor disposed so as to detect that a person is present in a working space as part of a room divided by a partition or the like. SOLUTION: The first human sensor 6 is positioned so that its sensing area in a horizontal plane may be between a straight line 6a and a straight line 6b, and a sensing area in a vertical plane may be between two straight lines in the same way. For any space other than a working space 2 in the sensing areas, partitions 3b, 3c and 3d are made to serve as non-sensing means. The area between a straight line 6e and a straight line 6d are made to serve as a dead area by applying masking to the first human sensor 6. The second human sensor 7 is positioned so that its sensing area in a horizontal plane may be between straight lines 7a, 7b. In a vertical plane, the same step as the first human sensor is taken. It is thus possible to detect a worker by making only the working space 2 serve as the sensitive area, and conduct energy-saving ambient illumination.</p> |
