PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigator which efficiently providing advertising information without making users uncomfortable. SOLUTION: As this invented navigator 50 provides advertising information during route retrieval operation of a route retrieval section, during parking brake operation of vehicle, and during low-speed movement of a vehicle continued for specific hours or more, users feel no discomfort caused by frequent provision of advertising information. Users can view and listen to advertising information in a relatively-concentrated condition during the waiting times.
