<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor having small equivalent series resistance, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor has a positive electrode body 3 constituted of a sintered body of metallic particles, a dielectric layer 4 prepared on the surface of the positive electrode body 3, and a conductive high-polymer layer 5 prepared on the surface of the dielectric layer 4, wherein the positive electrode body 3 includes a first positive electrode 3a and a second positive electrode 3b prepared so that it covers the first positive electrode 3a, and the particle diameter of a metallic particle in the second positive electrode 3b is smaller than that of the metallic particle in the first positive electrode 3a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
