PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a piezoelectric resonance components by which production of defective products in which electric short circuit occurs and a piezoelectric resonance element becomes a defective when the piezoelectric resonance element is inclined, etc. is prevented in a process of loading the piezoelectric resonance element on a capacitative element. SOLUTION: In a process C of arranging the piezoelectric resonance element 20 above the upper surface of the capacitative element 10 at a predetermined interval S with the upper surface of the capacitative element 10 via a pair of conductive adhesive agents 31a, 31b, insulating bumps 51 with height h lower than the interval S are arranged at positions opposite to both edges in the width direction of the piezoelectric resonance element 20 in non-opposite area 24 inside the pair of conductive adhesive agents 31a, 31b on the upper surface of the capacitative element 10 and after that, the piezoelectric resonance element 20 is attached to the upper surface of the capacitative element 10. Thus, even when the piezoelectric resonance element 20 is inclined before hardening of the conductive adhesive agents 31a, 31b, etc., it is prevented that the piezoelectric resonance element 20 becomes the defective by electric short circuit by contact between a main surface electrode 22b and a capacitance formation electrode 14a connected to mutually different potential.
