PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency in controlling user requests for search results at a search server and to reduce processing loads. SOLUTION: A search server 4 executes a search process based on search information contained in a search request email indicating a search request from a user terminal 1; creates an identification number (ID) for identifying the search result of the search process; creates a search result email reporting the search result; adds the identification number for identifying the search result of the email content to the search result email and sends the email to the user terminal 1; specifies the next search result requested, based on an identification number contained in the next search request email from the user terminal 1 indicating that the next search result is requested; creates the next search result email reporting the next search result specified; and adds an identification number for identifying the next search result of the email content to the next search result email and sends the next search result email to the user terminal 1.
