PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein there was a case of worsening the deterioration of underfloor humidity environment in high temperature and high humidity in summer or the like because of performing introduction of outside air unconditionally even when the humidity of outside air is high in a conventional underfloor facility or underfloor humidity control facility. SOLUTION: This underfloor ventilation control device is provided with sensors 1, 2 at an outside air intake part and in an underfloor space to suppress outside air introduction and inflow when outside air conditions are bad. Consequently, when worsening of humidity conditions in the underfloor space is estimated, introduction of outside air is suppressed to prevent the inflow of moisture to be a cause, and ventilation is selectively performed only when it is effective in dehumidifying the underfloor space, thus achieving the improvement of effective humidity environment in the underfloor space.
