PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive fiber sheet having sufficient fire retardancy and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The adhesive fiber sheet comprises a fire retardant fiber sheet layer mainly composed of the fire retardant fiber having an LOI value of 30 or more and a low melting point fiber sheet layer mainly composed of low melting point fiber containing a low melting point resin having the melting point lower than the melting point of the fire retardant fiber or the decomposition temperature by 30°C or more. The adhesive fiber sheet can be manufactured through a step which manufactures the fire retardant fiber sheet mainly composed of the fire retardant fiber having the LOI value of 30 or more, a step which manufactures the low melting point fiber sheet mainly composed of the low melting point fiber containing the low melting point resin having the melting point lower than the melting point of the fire retardant fiber or the decomposition temperature by 30°C or more, and a step which bonds the fire retardant fiber sheet and the low melting point fiber sheet.
