An electro-static protecting circuit is provided to stably protect an internal circuit from static electricity damage by triggering a plurality of clamp units through a trigger unit without increasing an area for the electro-static protecting circuit and to reduce an operation voltage of the clamp unit in a low cost. An electro-static protecting circuit includes transfer units(306,308,309), a trigger unit(310) and a plurality of clamp units(330). The transfer units transfer static electricity from at least one of a plurality of input/output pads to a boost bus line. The trigger unit detects and applies a trigger voltage to a trigger bus line in response to the static electricity transferred through the boost bus line. The clamp units are connected between the input/output pads and an internal circuit, and are triggered according to the trigger voltage to discharge static electricity of the input/output pad to first and second power voltage lines.
