PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress the influence upon a photographed image even in a case where dust is deposited on protecting glass, a filter or the like disposed in front of an image pickup element. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an image processing device for correcting a photographed image which is photographed by an imaging apparatus and in which the shadow of a foreign material existent on a photographing optical path of the imaging apparatus is photographed, so as to reduce the influence due to the shadow of the foreign material, comprising: a display section for displaying the photographed image thereon; a correction section for correcting the photographed image so as to reduce the influence due to the shadow of the foreign material, on the basis of foreign material information, associated with the photographed image, about at least the position and the size of the foreign material existent on the photographing optical path of the imaging apparatus; an input section for inputting information about a foreign material that has not been yet registered in the foreign material information, to be inputted by a user in accordance with the photographed image displayed on the display section; and an additional registration section for registering non-registered foreign material information inputted by the input section in addition to the foreign material information.
