PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer and an optical transmitter-receiver which have the transmission wavelength accuracy improved by reducing the loss of light of a narrow band. SOLUTION: The optical multiplexer/demultiplexer includes first to third light guiding members; a first optical filter 5, which is disposed between the first light guide member and the second light guide member and demultiplexes light emitted from the first light guide member into a transmitted light and a reflected light and makes the transmitted light incident on the second light guide member and makes the reflected light incident on the third light guide member. or transmits light emitted from the second light guide member and reflects light emitted from the third light guide member and makes multiplexed light incident on the first light guide member; and a second optical filter 6, which is disposed between the second light guide member and the first optical filter and transmits light having a narrower wavelength band than that for the first optical filter.
