PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unwanted through current produced when clock is inverted and suppress shortage in output potential and increase in power consumption in a charge-pump power supply circuit. SOLUTION: To prevent transient through currents I1, I2 when clock DCCLK is inverted and suppress reduction in output potential VPP, the resistance values R1, R2, R4 of wiring are so set that the following relation holds: the resistance value R4 of the wiring 14>the resistance value R1 of the wiring 11 and the resistance value R4 of the wiring 14>the resistance value R2 of the wiring 12. Reducing the resistance values R1, R2 makes it possible to accelerate the inversion of potentials V1, V2 due to the inversion of clock DCCLK to prevent the through currents I1, I2. Setting the resistance value R4 larger than the resistance values R1, R2 makes it possible to prevent the through current I1 to suppress reduction in the output potential VPP.
