The disclosure relates to a method of enhancing nicotine or other medicam ent concentrations in a gaseous carrier. The methods are adaptable to the de livery of nicotine or other medicaments for therapeutic effect in various di seases, in particular nicotine for tobacco product use cessation, substituti on and/or harm reduction. The disclosure further relates various devices and device design principles for practicing these methods.
