PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooperative operation program generation tool for automatically generating a skeleton code for device access necessary for a server cooperatively operating with the device only by inputting device data where the setting information of the device is described. SOLUTION: The cooperative operation program generation tool 10 reads the data of a device definition file F1 in which the setting information of the device is described by a device definition file reading part 11, and extracts information necessary for a cooperative operation by analyzing information by a setting information analyzing part 12 and an option analyzing part 13, and automatically generates a code C1 for device access necessary for cooperatively operating the device by a device access code generation part 14, a code C2 for an OAS service by an OAS service code generation part 15 and a code C3 for a DB by a DB code generation part 16 based on the extracted information.
