PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security bag system lockable by biological authentication information on an unlocking expectant even if the unlocking expectant does not stay nearby. SOLUTION: The unlocking expectant registers the biological authentication information in a center system 20 together with ID of specifying himself, by using a biological authentication information registering device 301. A transporter acquires the biological authentication information from the center system based on the ID, and stores this information in a security bag 101 as locking data, and performs transportation. The security bag 101 arrives at the transporter, and an unlocking person reads the biological authentication information of himself by a biological authentication information reading part 1016 possessed by the security bag 101, and when discriminated that a collated result coincides, the security bag 101 is unlocked.
