PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid transferring apparatus which can reduce costs of an electric equipment system by reducing the number of wiring cables connected to electrodes individually set in a plurality of liquid channels. SOLUTION: An ink ejection head 1 includes a common ink chamber 11, and a plurality of individual channels 12 which include a plurality of individual channels 15 each communicating with the common ink chamber 11 and in which an ink supplied from the common ink chamber 11 flows. Each ink channel 12 is equipped with a first electrode 17 common to the plurality of individual channels 15, a plurality of second electrodes 22 respectively corresponding to the plurality of individual channels 15, and an insulating layer 25 which covers the first electrode 17 and the plurality of second electrodes 22. Moreover, the plurality of second electrodes 22 of each ink channel 12 are respectively made to correspond to the plurality of second electrodes 22 formed in other ink channels 12.
