<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system capable of improving an efficiency of light discharging and suitable for mounting a semiconductor light-emitting element such as LED chips or the like at various mounting intervals in its manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting system comprises: a device substrate 2 having a plane light reflection surface; a light-emitting units 11a with a plurality of rows of the semiconductor light-emitting elements arranged on the light reflection side of the device susbstrate at intervals provided; a bonding wire 17 for electrically connecting the semiconductor light-emitting element; and a fluorescent material layer 19 including the phosphor body and a resin, provided at every light-emitting parts so as to cover the semiconductor light-emitting element and the bonding wire, and having grooves between each light-emitting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
