<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate practice of quality assurance activities in respective manufacturing stages using an RFID tag, and to easily manage record tag information on the quality assurance activities. <P>SOLUTION: A name plate 2 indicating identification information for identifying instrumentation 1 is attached to the instrumentation 1 to be managed. At least the identification information is stored in the name plate 2 as basic tag information, and the RFID tag 3 to which the record tag information on the quality assurance activities practiced in each manufacturing stage of the instrumentation 1 can be written is attached to the name plate 2. A tag reader/writer 4 (tag information reading/writing device) reads and writes the tag information from/to the RFID tag 3.
