<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle having a seat belt capable of rapidly detecting a seat belt fitting state by radio communication on the vehicle side. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle has a seat belt 3 which is in a fitted state by performing the fitting operation through a preliminary operation to be performed before the fitting. The vehicle comprises a first transmitter 20 for transmitting the predetermined signal by radio when detecting the fitting operation, a second transmitter 30 for transmitting the predetermined signal by radio when detecting the preliminary operation, a receiver 40 for receiving the signals from the first transmitter 20 and the second transmitter 30, and a control unit 41 for determining the fitting state of the seat belt 3 based on the signals received by the receiver 40. The receiver 40 is switched from the intermittent operational state to the continuous operational state by receiving the signal from the second transmitter 30, and the control unit 41 determines that the seat belt 3 is fitted when the receiver 40 receives the signal from the first transmitter 20 after receiving the signal from the second transmitter 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
