<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff for a sphygmomanometer, capable of suppressing a positional deviation due to rotation when the cuff is mounted and a positional deviation in the pressure part of an air bag during measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A slip resistance means arranged on the inner surface of the cuff is formed along the longitudinal direction of the cuff, so as to become higher with a part which is highest when the air bag is inflated as a center as a distance increases and to become lower as becoming close to a center part. Consequently, the positional deviation due to the rotation when the cuff is mounted and the positional deviation in the pressed part by the cuff during measurement are suppressed. Besides, marking is performed in a part on the outer surface of the cuff, where the slip resistance means is formed, thereby the position with the slip resistance means formed therein can be recognized.
