<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer transportation ticket issuing system for quickly guiding passengers to a railway of a railway enterprise of a transfer destination when a delay occurs. <P>SOLUTION: When the delay occurs and when the passenger passes an automatic gate 17 at a station of the railway enterprise of the transfer destination, the system checks an expiration date of the issued transfer transportation ticket, and when the ticket is not expired, allows the passenger to pass the gate 17.
