<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing multilayer coated paper and a multilayer coated paperboard suitable for printing, packaging and especially for labeling purposes. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention refers in one embodiment to a method of manufacturing multilayer coated papers and paperboards, in which at least two curtain layers selected from aqueous emulsions or suspensions are formed into a composite, free-falling curtain and a continuous web of basepaper or baseboard is coated with the composite curtain, and paper or paperboard thereby obtainable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
