PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface light-emitting laser array or the like to realize efficient heat radiation and constitute a laser array for independent drive of each element even when a distance between elements has a narrow pitch. SOLUTION: The surface light-emitting laser array is formed with a plurality of surface light-emitting laser elements including a semiconductor layer 100 having a first reflection mirror, an active layer, a current pinching part, and a second reflection mirror. On this semiconductor layer, a first metal material layer 102 for radiating heat via a first insulating layer 104 is formed. Moreover, on the first metal material layer 102, a second metal material layer 110 for supplying current to the active layer via the second insulating layer 106 is formed.
