PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a white polyester resin composition which keeps a whitening material such as a white pigment and a non-compatible resin highly kneaded and dispersed, and heat deterioration and degradation of hue during kneading suppressed. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the white polyester resin composition is characterized in that when the white polyester resin composition which keeps the whitening material incorporated with 5-70 wt.% based on the weight of the composition is manufactured, the whitening material kneaded and dispersed by a tandem type twin-screw kneading extruder.
