PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forging roll, wherein an apparatus is made simple and small-sized and an attached device is made small-sized. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with: a pair of roll shafts 2; and a pair of molds Ma, Mb arranged at the outer peripheral surfaces of the pair of roll shafts 2, wherein a material S to be formed is molded with the pair of molds Ma, Mb between the pair of roll shafts 2, wherein on the pair of roll shafts 2, the mold pair M having a plurality of processes are arranged, and on the outer peripheral surface of the respective roll shaft 2, the mold pair M having the plurality of processes, are disposed along on the same circular periphery on the outer peripheral surface of the pair of roll shafts 2. Since the molds Ma, Mb having the plurality of processes, are disposed on the same circular, the length in the axial direction of the roll shaft 2 can be shortened, and the apparatus can be made to compact. Since the forming load is received at the same position in the axial direction of the roll shaft 2, the length in the axial direction of the roll shaft 2 can be shortened and the durability of the roll shaft 2 can be improved.
