PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot-wiping mat with a part for inserting a hand, enabling not only the wet bottoms of foots, but also the whole of the legs to be wiped only with the mat after cleaning the foots of a pet, such as dog and cat soiled by walking, or the like. SOLUTION: The foot-wiping mat for the pet is obtained by forming a right and left pair of inserting bags for allowing right and left hands to be inserted individually at proper positions of a mesh-shaped net for preventing slipping on the site to be laid so as to be freely separable. The part for the insertion of the hand adheres to the hand because the face contacting with the palm of the hand is the mesh-shaped net for preventing the slipping, and enables a material to be wiped to be caught. The face contacting with the back of the hand enables the hand to be freely moved because the face is made of a towel cloth to follow the roundness and movement of the hand. The slipping and falling down can be prevented even if getting off the balance and staggering when standing on one foot for wiping the other foot because the laying face of the mat body is the mesh-shaped net for preventing the slipping and the mesh-shaped net for preventing the slipping adheres to the floor, or the like.
