A reply transmission confirming service system, a method therefor, and a device therefor are provided to enable a mobile communication subscriber to confirm details on a not-transmitted reply notified at every interval, thereby easily perceiving whether the subscriber transmits a reply for a received message. A reply message is received from the outside(S201). Reply message information is recorded in a storage area assigned to a sender on the basis of sender information of the received reply message(S203,S205). Reply transmission details for messages received from each sender are statistically calculated, and are transmitted to each sender as reply transmission confirming messages(S207).
