PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic EL light emitting element that can be driven by a direct-current, a low voltage and has a satisfactory light-emission property. SOLUTION: The inorganic EL light emitting element has first and second electrodes at least one of which is formed transparently, a zinc sulfide light-emission layer that is disposed in electrical connection with the first and second electrodes and formed in polycrystalline structure.
