PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroforming mold capable of certainly connecting the medium flow channel formed in an electroforming shell to the medium feed passage formed to the outside of the electroforming shell, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The electroforming mold has the electroforming shell 6 having a molding surface 60 and formed by electroforming processing, the medium flow channel 2 formed in the electroforming shell 6 and allowing a heating medium to flow so as to perform the temperature adjustment of the molding surface 60, the backing material 71 lined on the electroforming shell 6 and the medium feed passage 74 embedded in the backing material 71 and arranged to the end parts 21 on the upstream and downstream sides of the medium flow channel 2 to allow the heating medium to flow into or out of the medium flow channel 2. The connection jig 1 for connecting the medium flow channel 2 to the medium feed passage 74 is embedded in the electroforming shell 6 and has the cavity part formed therein, an opening hole having a shape almost same to the diametric cross-sectional shape of the medium flow channel 2 and a connection hole having a shape almost the same to the outer diameter cross section of a pipe material 741 for constituting the medium feed passage 74.
