<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag reader with high reading precision and high installation workability. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 100 of the reader superimposes a control signal for antenna switching on a high frequency signal output into an antenna unit 200 from a high frequency circuit. The antenna unit 200 includes: separation means 221, 231 and 232 for separating the superimposed signals into the high frequency signals and the control signals; a switch circuit 242 for switching loop antennas 211 and 212; and a control circuit 250 for controlling the switch circuit 242 based on the control signal separated by the separation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
