PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine in which fraudulent act relative to a stage can be easily prevented with simple constitution, the stage can be surely fixed and an individual difference in a winning rate, etc., due to an assembling state can be prevented as much as possible. SOLUTION: A holding member 24 fixed onto a game board 7 includes the stage 31 for rolling game balls freely removably. The stage 31 is freely attached/detached to/from the holding member 24 from behind in a front and rear direction by a pair of right and left press fitting means 32. The holding member 24 includes a pair of right and left support walls 38 arranged in both right and left of the stage 31. The respective pressure fitting means 32 include: pressure fitting recessions 48 arranged in one of the support wall and the right and left side parts of the stage 31; and a pressure fitting projections 49 arranged in the other and pressure-fitted into the pressure recessions 48 from behind in the front and rear direction.
