摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coulometric measuring method capable of continuously measuring a more stable measuring value with a larger number of specimens by a simple constitution, and to provide a coulometric measuring instrument. SOLUTION: In the coulometric measuring method, a predetermined amount of a sample liquid is supplied to the surface of the detection electrode 2 of a measuring cell 1, wherein the detection electrode 2 comprising a conductive porous body impregnated with an electrolyte and a counter electrode 3 are arranged in a container 10 through a diaphragm 4 and electrolyzed to quantify the measuring target in the sample liquid. The counter electrode 3, the diaphragm 4, the detection electrode 2 and the measuring cell 1 are arranged in the container 10, in a state of being laminated, in this order starting from below. In a state where the direction almost crossing the laminating direction of the counter electrode 3, the diaphragm 4 and the detection electrode 2 at a right direction is inclined, with respect to a horizontal direction so that the detection electrode 2 of the container 10 provided to the container 10 is arranged a discharge port 15 capable of discharging the liquid from the region where the detection electrode 2 of the container 10 provided to the container 10 is arranged becomes underside, a predetermined amount of the sample liquid is supplied to the detection electrode 2 to be electrolyzed.
