The lower sole-plate 7, which is connected to the upper sole-plate 6 of the base (shoe) of the terminal by means of spring washers 11, comprises a cup 12 containing a piston 13 and a seal 16 closing off in a sealed manner the annular space lying between the rod 13a of the said piston and the bore of the cup. An open-spiral (compression) spring 14 is placed between a washer 15 supporting a seal 16 and the head of the piston 13. The upper sole-plate 16 comprises a bush 17 which penetrates into the space located between the bore of the cup and the rod 13a during the clamping the sole-plate 6 of that 7, and then the seal is moved downwards and the rod 13a is moved out.
