An apparatus for maintaining a horizontal state of a container house and having an adjustable height is provided to maintain balance of facilities by adjusting a distance between the bottom surface of the facilities and a bottom according to the topography of the bottom. An apparatus for maintaining a horizontal state of a container house and having an adjustable height comprises a base unit(3), a vertical support(6), a height adjustment device including a vertical rotating rod(4) and a rotation controller(41), and a movable container support(1). The vertical support is uprightly installed at the center of the base unit. The height adjustment device is installed in the vertical support. The vertical rotating unit passes through the base unit. The rotation controller is positioned between the vertical support and the base unit to rotate the vertical rotating rod. The movable container support moves along the vertical rotating rod in a range of the height of the vertical rotating rod. The movable container support includes a base unit(11), first and second vertical supports(12,13), and a movement guide unit(14) formed with a movement guide hole(142).
