An OLED device and a driving method thereof are provided to prevent erroneous operation due to overload of a scan driver by supplying the start pulse and clock signal of the scan driver one frame before an output enable signal. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device includes a pixel unit(150), scan and data drivers(110,120), a timing controller(140), and a power supply unit(130). The pixel unit includes plural pixels in areas defined by scan and data lines. The scan driver supplies scan signals to the scan lines. The data driver supplies data signals to the data lines. The timing controller supplies scan and data driving control signals to the scan and data drivers. The power supply unit supplies a driving voltage to the pixel unit, scan and data drivers, and timing controller. The power supply unit supplies the driving voltage to the scan and data drivers, and timing controller and then a pixel voltage to the pixel unit.
