PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit capable of high-speed operation, by combining a first circuit having a high operating speed with a first delay circuit, and combining a second circuit that has a low operating speed with a second delay circuit. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit comprises a first circuit which starts operation, in synchronization with the setting of a first operation start signal and outputs a first output data signal; the first delay circuit 2, which sets a first operation finish signal when a first delay time has passed since the first operation start signal was set and resets the first operation finish signal, when a first delay time has passed, since the first operation start signal is reset; a second circuit which starts operation, in synchronization with the setting of a second operation start signal and outputs a second output data signal; and a second delay circuit 4, which sets a second operation finish signal when a second delay time has passed, since the second operation start signal was set and resets the second operation finish signal, in synchronization with resetting of the second operation start signal.
