PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly prevent a portable communication device from being left behind, and to always preferably control equipment based on communication of the portable communication device. SOLUTION: Each room or space (each room or space with symbols 11 to 19) inside a residence 10 is provided with ID receivers 41 to 49 for receiving ID information transmitted from a portable device. The respective ID receivers 41 to 49 detect the portable device existing in a detection area, including the room or space with the receivers installed. The respective ID receivers 41 to 49 are connected to a personal computer 32, and a detection result of the ID receivers 41 to 49 is sequentially transmitted to the personal computer 32. An entrance 11 is provided with a notification device 51. The personal computer 32 specifies a position of the portable device depending on a room in which the portable device has been detected with the ID receivers 41 to 49.
