PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a translucent member, without causing a backlash in the translucent member. SOLUTION: A pair of elastic pieces 34 are formed at the upper and the lower edges on the top end side of a holding member 30 constituting the light emitting unit 21 of a flash emitting portion 10. A projecting portion 34a projecting toward a front side is formed at the top end of each elastic piece 34. When the light emitting unit 21 is inserted into the recessed portion 11a of the translucent member 11, the projecting portions 34a press the back of the translucent member 11 by the elastic force of the elastic pieces 34, to press the translucent member 11 against the inner surface of a front panel constituting the front surface of a camera body.
