PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping film using a lactic acid type polymer as one of main raw materials, capable of suitably functioning especially as a small wrap film roll, causing no blocking even if kept in a rolled state, and does not delaminate even when rewound into a small roll. SOLUTION: A wrapping film of five or more layers has at least a surface layer, a bonding layer, an intermediate layer, a bonding layer and a surface layer in this order. Both surface layers contain a polyolefin polymer (A) as a main component and the intermediate layer contains a lactic type resin composition (B) as a main component while both bonding layers contain a soft copolymer of aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene hydrocarbon or a hydrogenated derivative (F) of the copolymer as a main component.
