PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Xiang Xiang Lin in which a PU line can be formed into a ring shape without binding, a fixing ball is not removed from the annular part and from the opposite ends of the line when moving the fixed ball arbitrarily, the PU line expands and shrinks freely and maintains a constant tensional stability and is free from damages in spite of repeated use, and which has no waste in environmental resources and is superior in almost all of the performance than conventional simple performance of article packing and disposable packing techniques. SOLUTION: (1) The fixing ball is attached to the PU line, and the ball is moved to freely adjust the ring size. (2) A safe ball is attached to the annular part and to both ends of the PU line (or the line is treated to be thicker). Then, (3) solution points: a. a principle of slide and weakness is utilized to decide the dimension of the hole of the fixing ball, which is larger than the single line but smaller than forked lines; b. a strong PU line is selected or a non-PU line is added to inside of the PU line to increase the tension of the line; c. a rifle line is applied to the inside of the hole of the fixing ball to enhance the stability of the fixing ball.
